Shipping – We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. we create bespoke wooden packages for our orders. Shipping is charged on invoice value as follows –PAYMENTS- Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. Not eligible COD orders won’t be accepted. We accept all major debit & Credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Tracking Package
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
Non Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will return the product to us if unreceived at your address. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including postal/zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
